Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment, you agree that you have read and agreed to all our booking terms and fully understand them. Please make sure to bring a valid form of ID and also your mobile phone to fill out our digital consent form. If you don't have a valid form of ID with you, we won't be able to proceed with your appointment, and you will lose your deposit. Acceptable form of IDs; A current UK or valid foreign passport. Drivers license A European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) national identity card Unless stated otherwise, you must be 16 or over to be pierced in our studio, and we will require a photographic ID on the day of your appointment. Please note that photos of the IDs won't be accepted. A non-refundable fee is required to book an appointment. The price includes only the basic jewellery, and any jewellery upgrades are charged additionally. For safety and hygiene reasons, we will not fit jewellery bought elsewhere. *Please ensure that you have eaten within four hours of arriving for your appointment. *We cannot offer piercing to anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding due to the risk of infection. *Please make sure you are on time for your appointment. If you are running late, we may not be able to see you. However, we will try our best to fit you in without forfeiting your deposit. To avoid disappointment on the day of your booking, please ensure that you have done the following: - Not taken any blood thinning medication in the 24 hours before your appointment time. - Not consumed alcohol or taken any recreational drugs in the 24 hours before your appointment time.
